Ghaleb Aoude
Ghaleb Aoude joined B-Pan in October 2023 as an IT consultant to cover the information technology aspects of B-Pan consulting engagements. He is an IT and Digital Transformation Consultant based in Ottawa, Canada. Ghaleb spent 35 years of his career life in Kuwait. From April 2009 to Dec 2013, Ghaleb was a management consultant at the Central Agency for Information Technology (CAIT), the organization responsible for developing the e-government environment of Kuwait. During this period, Ghaleb efficiently contributed to many strategies, project implementations, studies, RFP documents, etc. Before this, Ghaleb assumed several IT responsibilities, including Chief Operation Officer, operations management, project management, and sales management at HP partner and IBM partner in Kuwait. Ghaleb started his career in software development at the Government Center at the Ministry of Planning and then at the Ministry of Interior in Kuwait. During his career, Ghaleb managed to bring significant IT projects to their successful ending in both the government and private sectors, including CAIT, Equate, the Ministry of Interior, and the Ministry of Planning. Ghaleb holds a B.Sc. certificate from the American University of Beirut.
